One of my favorite things about teaching private beach yoga is that every group is different. Some come to celebrate birthdays or bachelorettes, some are on vacation, and some just want an excuse to slow down together before the day gets away from them.

No studio. No experience required. Just show up, breathe, move, and enjoy one of the prettiest parts of St. Augustine.

One of the coolest parts of growing Bendt Yoga has been getting to bring wellness into spaces that might not otherwise have it.

This morning I had the opportunity to guide a gentle yoga session for the Fidelity National Title sales team during their retreat, and honestly, these are some of my favorite events to teach.

Maybe it’s because I still live in both worlds. Outside of yoga, I work a corporate job too, so I know what it’s like to spend hours at a desk, jump from meeting to meeting, and end the day realizing you haven’t moved your body nearly enough.

A little movement, fresh air, and time away from a screen can go a long way.

A few weeks later and I’m still smiling at these photos.

What started as a simple beach cleanup turned into a really fun morning with a bunch of people who care about keeping our beaches clean, moving their bodies, and spending time outside.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out, our sponsors who jumped in to support the event, and everyone who shared it with a friend.

With everyone’s support, we were also able to donate $100 to 4ocean Charitable Foundation . 🌊
