Practicing mindfulness
includes focusing on positive activities, thoughts, intentions, and routines.
This crochet bedspread, “Lovers Kiss” is one such endeavor. This was 17 months of peaceful calm, meditation, and relaxation.
I was inspired by Gustav Klimt’s The Kiss.
Many motifs were inspired by RacheleCarmona and TheEllen Gormley among others.
We all can benefit with activities that reduce stress, calm the mind and enhance positivity and patience.
