We have updated our policy and are now requiring all patients 2 years and older to wear masks, a long with all parents/guardians with the patient. We ask that only 1 parent accompany the patient in their visit. For all newborns we will allow 2 parents up until 1 month old.

We are providing Telemedicine Services to all patients who do not require vaccines. If you have a child who is not requiring vaccines we can do their annual physical through telemedicine!

Please wear a mask! Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic and increased cases in our area, we ask that 1 parent accompany the child in their appointment. We also ask that parents wear a mask, as well as, patients over the age of 5. Thank You for understanding!

We currently are only seeing patients in our main office to save resources! We will see all patients at our 101 Whitehall Drive Suite 103 Location for all necessary Well Child Visits. We are able to see all sick visits, follow ups, or concerns through out TeleVisits!!

Due to increasing concerns and spread of the COVID- 19 (Coronavirus) infections worldwide and in the United States, for the safety of your child, health care providers and staff our office has taken the following measures:

Please read this notice carefully

If you or your family members have any of the following please notify our staff immediately:

1. Recent international travel, a cruise vacation, air travel in the United States.
2. Had possible contact with individuals with
Covid-19 virus infection in the United States
3. Experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath
Please do not enter the office and call our office 904-819-9925 immediately to discuss appointment options for your child.

We are offering Telehealth services for symptoms that can be evaluated through a video call.

Please call our office to see how to set up your app for Telehealth. There will be a charge for all non-covered Telehealth visits.

Effective immediately, we will be rescheduling all non-essential appointments
1. Well visits for patients who do not need vaccinations
2. Routine follow up
3. ADHD follow up - we will send refills when requested
4. For newborn appointments, patients who need immunizations we will be scheduling appointments in the mornings only
5. All other sick visits that are deemed necessary, will be scheduled in the afternoon.
