Next Gen Summer Camp 💪🏻

Throughout the week, girls will engage in a comprehensive program that emphasizes core engagement, functional movement, and individualized strength training. The camp equips young female athletes with the tools to optimize their training based on hormone fluctuations, enabling smarter, more efficient workouts while respecting the body's natural rhythms.
