Very surreal to be the owner of my own business. The learning curve of entrepreneur has been beautiful and challenging and consuming in the best way.

Problem solving and making future impacting decisions every day has pushed me to grow more than I thought possible in 3 months, not only as a business owner but in my confidence as your practitioner.đŸ€

Why “Anchored”?!

Well
a girl loves a coastal theme. Besides that, your nervous system anchors entire body function.

What a powerhouse you have within you. Without a competent and highly functioning nervous system the body is unstable and unable to successfully adapt to changes in your external and internal environment, much like a ship without an anchor.

No wonder your head hurts, your body is trying to tell you there is dysfunction. More to come on how to address your body’s alarm bells.
