OFFICE CONSOLIDATION

We recently made several changes to our offices to improve comfort, convenience, and efficiency while reducing unnecessary expenses. Our businesses have now been combined into Suite 1 at 811 State Road 206 in St Augustine Florida. Previously we had a significant amount of unused space, along with many years of stored paper records and documents.

As part of the transition, all stored documents were reviewed. Records that needed to be kept were scanned into our recently upgraded computer network system, while the remaining documents were shredded and properly disposed of. We also rearranged office furniture and donated pieces that were no longer needed. Although the new arrangement brings us a little closer together, there is still enough room for everyone to work comfortably and effectively.

Because of both businesses now share this office space, you will see the logos for both The Ortobiologic Clinic and STAT Medical Office Services displayed on our front door.
