TCHP is a free medical and dental clinic providing services to low-income, uninsured and underinsured residents of Central Kane County. Tri City Health Partnership is staffed by dedicated physicians, nurses and other local area healthcare professionals, who volunteer their time to provide quality care to the community. Our services are for low-income residents of central Kane County who do not have Medicare, Medicaid/Public Aid or who are underinsured.

Eric Clapton's is sold out, but we have 4 VIP tickets to the event that we are raffling off! The raffle is open to residents of Illinois. Winners will be selected on Friday, May 22nd, at noon!

2 first-prize winners will each get 2 VIP tickets to the festival and 2 second-place winners will get 2 VIP tickets to his concert at the United Center on September 11th.
