My Recess Therapy "Supporting Kids and Families on a Foundation of FUN". We also provide Parent Consultations and Empowerment sessions and Parent Education Courses as well.

My Recess Therapy is a sensory based clinic offering Pediatric Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Yoga and Sensory Based Social Classes for kids! At My Recess Therapy we believe in empowering families through education, mindfully designed therapy sessions, and specialized therapists. Each session is mindfully designed by a therapist specializing in unique areas of their field to support your child and family. For every family who calls, we work to connect you with a therapist that will be an amazing fit for your family. Within our sensory environment we support children and families through Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy services. Here are just a few of our therapist specialties!

With over 25 years of experience as an occupational therapist and a background in Early Intervention since 2003, Lori brings deep expertise and a relationship-based, neuroaffirming approach to her work with children and families.

She is the founder of SensAble Kids, a Chicago based practice, and has been a trusted referral partner to My Recess for many years.
