Rooted Mental Health Services is now accepting Medicaid coverage through BCBS Community Health Plan for adult psychiatric telehealth appointments across Illinois.

Starting June 1, 2026, Rooted Mental Health Services will be in-network with Blue Cross Community Health Plans (BCBS Community / Illinois Medicaid)!

If you’ve been looking for accessible psychiatric care covered by your insurance, I’m excited to open more availability for new patients.

I provide telepsychiatric medication management for adults across Illinois, with care focused on conditions such as:
• ADHD
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Mood disorders
• Women’s mental health concerns

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I aim to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that takes the whole person into account.
