We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who is helping make our ongoing fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association at St. Clair Clair Nursing Center such a meaningful effort.

Your involvement is helping bring this fundraiser to life in such a beautiful way.
We are also sincerely grateful to our hospice partners Breeze, Heartland, Three Oaks, and Gentiva for the beautiful basket and generous contributions. Your thoughtfulness is adding so much heart and joy to this event while we continue to raise funds and awareness
To the families and staff who have purchased raffle tickets so far, contributed their time, and shared in the spirit of giving, thank you. Your participation is making a real difference as this fundraiser continues. Every ticket purchased and every act of support helps strengthen our mission to honor and care for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
And to the Alzheimer’s Association, thank you for your continued advocacy, resources, and dedication to families walking this journey.
