Missouri counselors, light your fire and join the MMHCA 2026 annual conference, October 22nd through the 24th at the peaceful retreat known as Old Kinderhook Lodge & Resort.

I'm Les Brown, MMHCA board member, and I know how hard our work as therapists can be. Picture booking spa time or unwinding on the balcony after a round of golf.

This year's theme is Authentically You: Light the Fire Within, and we have a beautiful event space ready for our keynote, Missouri State University Professor Emerita Dr. Leslie Anderson. Grab a bite at the Hook Cafe, dine at the Trophy Room Restaurant, and with colleagues around the fire. It's time to practice self-care, get CEUs for licensure, and connect with colleagues from across the state. Explore mmhca.com to register and learn more about membership benefits. Remember, the Missouri Mental Health Counselors Association is your voice for licensed professional counselors in Missouri.
