We can issue birth certificates for anyone born in the state of Ohio!

Our office only issues certified copies. This means that each certificate will be printed on special paper with a stamp and raised seal. This is an official legal document and can be used to obtain IDs and passports.

Each certificate costs $25. A processing fee will be charged if paying with a credit or debit card.

Yes, you will be able to get it the same day. It typically takes less than 15 minutes.

This week marks the second annual , hosted by the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Breastfeeding Collective!

WIC has your back, mom! Our certified lactation consultants and peer counselors are here to help your breastfeeding journey. WIC can support your family with ASL interpretation or other accessibility tools during virtual or in-person visits.
