Changes Moving Forward:
Dear Healthology Expert Patients,
We are struggling with decisions right now as we try to move forward in this unprecedented and challenging time. At this time we have received communication from our state association that as primary care physicians helping individuals in pain we are allowed to keep our doors open. We currently have hundreds of individuals under care plans and don't want to abandon any patients in need. Therefore we will be opening our doors on Monday and all next week unless we receive other instructions.
We will also be taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our patients. The tables, adjusting tools, lasers, therapy equipment and anything else that touches our patients are washed with disinfectant spray and wipes between every single patient visit. We have bottles of hand sanitizer throughout the office and require staff to wash hands regularly and sanitize their hands between each patient. We will also use disinfecting spray in the air between each patient. We have taken out our toys and magazines indefinitely. All pens will be disinfected after each use. We will also disinfect chairs, counters, door handles, and anything else that comes in human contact. We will be regulating each room to assure that no more than 10 people will be allowed in the area at a time. To help us in this effort we are asking that if possible you don't bring extra family and friends with you to your appointments. One positive aspect as a Chiropractic office is that we treat musculoskeletal injuries and therefore don't typically have a waiting room full of contagious conditions.
We also ask PLEASE, if you have sore throat, coughing, fatigue, fever, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, please give us a call before your appointment so we can discuss your situation and get you rescheduled at a later time. (If you are having difficulty breathing or shortness of breath please seek immediate medical attention). We have been given the list of questions to ask if you think you may have COVID-19, however we are not able to
