New series!! 💗 I originally started Hot Momma Journey to keep myself accountable and get back to feeling like myself postpartum. These little “glow-up” habits have genuinely helped me feel better and more confident, so I hope they can help some of you feel the same way too. & don’t forget how beautiful you already are 🫶🏼

Two years ago, I had recently moved to Utah, was ultra pregnant with two kids, and was feeling very down, not cute and not like myself. I needed community and wanted to stay accountable for my health, so I started this account, Hot Momma Journey, to document my journey to becoming a hot mom.

At the time, I was a mix between a pregnant Adam Sandler and a whale and had absolutely no confidence. This account grew into something I never expected, and I’ve been able to connect with so many amazing women. I’m so, so grateful for this opportunity.

I want to continue sharing the health and wellness tips that help me feel my best, build my confidence, and take care of my body so we can all become hot moms together.
