It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Tina Ann Jennings (64) Leaving behind a legacy of quiet kindness, unwavering support, and a deep devotion to her family.
Tina was born in Anderson, Indiana on June 19, 1962 to Vernon and Patty Larson. On December 26, 1987, she married the love of her life, James C. Jennings in Texas.
Tina earned her Associates in Cosmology and worked as a beautician while her husband served in the navy. After her husband retired from the military, Jim and Tina moved to Saint Helens where she worked for the United States post office.
During her off time she spent time with her family and friends and was a member of the Elks lodge where she served as an exalted ruler in 2015 and volunteered many hours of community service. She was also a member of the Moose and the Eagle lodge.
Tina is preceded in death by Vernon, Patty, Tex, and Bud.Tina is survived by her beloved husband Jim Jennings. children, Jennifer,James,and Allan, and her grandchildren, Trinity, Mickeal, Bailey, Devin, and Buzz.Her sisters Lynette (Cecil), Paige(Steve), and her brothers and sisters through marriage, Yvonne (Robert) and Tom (Jennifer). As well as several nieces and nephews, friends from the Elks, Moose, and the Eagles lodge, as well as the many,many others who adopted her as their mom.
Celebration of life will be held at the Saint Helens Elk Lodge on August 23rd at 2 pm reception to follow.

Robert “Terry” Galbreath passed away peacefully at the age of 80, leaving behind a legacy of quiet kindness, unwavering support, and deep devotion to his family.

Terry was born on October 17, 1945 in Klamath Falls, Oregon, to Verle Franklin and Frances Lorene Galbreath. Ten years later he would welcome a brother Gregory Franklin Galbreath. As a young boy, his family moved to Milwaukie, Oregon, where he graduated from Milwaukie High School. He later attended Oregon State University before beginning a successful career in engineering in the pipe manufacturing industry.
On February 16, 1966, Terry married the love of his life, Donna Jeannette Rector. Together they built a life filled with hard work, adventure, and family while living in Oregon, Kansas, and California. After retiring, Terry and Donna returned to Oregon to be closer to family.

One of Terry’s greatest joys in retirement was being able to attend every one of his grandson Joey’s basketball games. He and Donna rarely missed an opportunity to cheer from the stands, creating memories that Joey will carry with him for a lifetime. In later years, Terry was grateful for the opportunity to get to know his grandsons, Max and Owen, and treasured the time they shared together.

Bonnie Sue Sharp was born on February 22, 1941, in America, Oklahoma, to Jess and Josephine Jenkins. She was one of six beloved children in the Jenkins family: Billie Ruth, JW, Barbara Jean, Bonnie Sue, Judy, and Jo-Carolyn.

In 1959, Bonnie moved to Oregon with her oldest sister, Billie Ruth, beginning a new chapter in her life. That same year, while visiting St. Helens' classic Dairy Delish with her cousin, Jo-Ann, she met Ben Sharp. Ben pulled up in his blue 1953 Plymouth convertible, but it wasn't the car that stole the show—it was Bonnie's beauty that caught his eye and convinced him to pull over. That chance meeting became the beginning of a love story that would last a lifetime, and on December 17, 1960, they were married. They spent 65 wonderful years together.

Together, they built a beautiful life and raised three children: Brent, Robyn, and Shelley. Bonnie’s greatest joy was her family. Over the years, she was blessed with eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, with more blessings on the way. She treasured the role of being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her love for her family was always at the center of her life.

Bonnie lived a modest and private life, but there was never any doubt about the depth of her love for those around her. She was kind, intelligent, and determined—with just the right amount of stubbornness that made her uniquely Bonnie. She had a curious mind and enjoyed teaching herself new...

Frank Allen Heppner of Warren, Oregon passed away July 26, 2026, at his home at the age of 95. Frank was born to Frank S. and Kate Heppner on July 10, 1931, in Lostwood, North Dakota. He grew up and attended school in Warroad, Minnesota.

On August 28, 1955, he married Marjorie Grace Griffith at the Methodist Church in International Falls, Minnesota, in 1967 they moved out west to Oregon. Frank worked for Boise Cascade for many years before he retired in 1992. They were members of Grace Baptist a church Frank helped to build, he later became and Elder and even taught some Sunday School. In his spare time, he enjoyed traveling in their motor home, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.

Frank is survived by his wife of 71 years Marjorie and their daughters Katrina and Susan, 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, as well as six siblings; Art, Don, Marion, Dick, Ken, and Janet. He was preceded in death by his son Frank D., and his daughter Elizabeth, as well as three siblings; Abe, W***y, and Margaret.

Patricia (Miller) Torquato of Columbia City, Oregon passed away in her home on June 20th, 2026, at the age of 80. She was the 3rd child born to Hazel and Edward Miller on July 10th, 1945, in Macon, Georgia.

She worked most of her life as a bookkeeper and business owner. In her spare time, she loved reading, watching her hummingbirds, watching gameshows, and listening to Elvis on her Alexa.

She is survived by her three children, Richard, Kenneth, and Kari (Hill). As well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Columbia Memorial gardens on August 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

Don, of St. Helens, Oregon, passed away July 13, 2026. He was 82 years old. Born on March 2, 1943, in Portland, Oregon to his parents, Minnie and Donald Earlywine.

He was an avid wrestler at Park Rose Jr. and Sr. High Schools. Don and his older brother Sumner were united and made up the Force family of 5 brothers.

Don entered the Army on August 13, 1965, until September 15, 1968, and later the Oregon National Guard. Don served in the Cuban Missile Crisis with the 82nd Airborne, he then went to Vietnam with the 173rd Airborne until September 1968, both units as a paratrooper.

He married Anna Obermeier November 22, 1969, in Warren, Oregon. They had 2 children, Kevin in 1970 and Kimberly in 1973. Don was a long-haul truck driver which he enjoyed traveling the United States and Canada.

In between truck driving he enjoyed his deer and elk hunting trips to Eastern Oregon and fishing trips. Due to the long-haul trucking Don, Annie and the kids moved from Oregon to Iowa for a while. He enjoyed truck driving with his Uncle Raymond Williams. Don and Annie enjoyed a train trip to San Diego, California for a 50th reunion of Veterans from the 173rd Airborne.

Don was preceded in death by his father Donald Earlywine, Dad Dale Force, Mother Pat Force, brothers Sumner Earlywine, David Force, Nephews John and Mike Earlywine.

With deep love and sorrow, we announce that Raquel Miller went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 9, 2026, at the age of 58.
Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we rejoice in the assurance that she is now fully healed, free from pain, and in the presence of the One she faithfully loved and served throughout her life.
In April 2025, Raquel was diagnosed with Bulbar Onset ALS, an aggressive form of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Over the following months, she faced unimaginable physical challenges with remarkable courage, grace, and unwavering faith. While the disease gradually took away her ability to speak, swallow, walk, and care for herself, it never took away her love for Jesus or the joy that radiated from her life.
Anyone who knew Raquel knew the light she brought wherever she went. She had a servant’s heart, a kind spirit, and an infectious joy that touched family, friends, caregivers, nurses, and strangers alike. Even during the most difficult days of her illness, those around her often remarked on the peace and warmth she carried. Her life was a testimony to the truth that “the joy of the Lord is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10).
More than anything, Raquel desired that people would know Jesus Christ. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and even when words were no longer possible, her actions, expressions, and quiet strength continued to point others to Him.
