✨ Miracles happen every day. Miracles happen for me every day. And I expect them ✨
This has become my newest mantra 🕉️
Not only do I expect miracles in my own life, but I expect them for every client who walks through my door.
Today was a miracle ✨
Maybe not the kind that makes headlines, but the kind that quietly reminds you that God is always weaving something beautiful behind the scenes.
About five years ago, I attended a women in business event to support my dear friend, Lynn Okray Griglin who was one of the speakers. I went with my friend Marisa Moon, who introduced me to another speaker that day Gloria.
We exchanged a few words, and life carried us in different directions.
Fast forward five years.
Another dear friend of mine, who is also a client, gifted Gloria a healing session with me at the Salt Cave.
What are the odds?
To me, that’s not coincidence.
That’s God.
That’s divine timing.
That’s the beautiful, mysterious way our lives are woven together in ways we could never orchestrate ourselves.
To reconnect after all these years and have the honor of holding space for Gloria during such an important season of her life felt like an incredible blessing. It was a gift for both of us, and one I’ll never forget.
Then the evening unfolded into another beautiful moment.
I hosted tonight’s meditation at the Salt Cave, and a young girl arrived who had attended one of my events with her mom about a year ago. This time, she returned with her grandmother, her aunt, her mom, and her family.
Seeing her again filled my heart.
Children have always held a special place in this work. Long before Love Alchemy became what it is today, I was teaching children’s yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Those little souls helped build the foundation of everything I do now.
Every time a child walks into one of my events, my heart smiles.
I often think, I wish I had learned these tools when I was their age.
Imagine growing up knowing how to regulate your nervous system, breathe through your emotions, meditate, and reconnect with your heart.
What a gift.
Today reminded me that healing isn’t just about releasing pain.
Sometimes healing is found in reconnection.
In generosity.
In families gathering together.
In children learning to become present.
In the people God places back into our lives exactly when we’re meant to meet again.
Miracles don’t always arrive with fireworks.
Sometimes they arrive as a gift from a friend.
A familiar face after years apart.
A child returning with her family.
A full heart.
And at the end of the day, you realize…
Miracles really do happen every day.
✨ Miracles happen every day. Miracles happen for me every day. And I expect them ✨
