When you have imbalance in the ETHERIC LAYER of your aura, it manifests as physical pain and illness.

It is prone to stagnation, leaks, rips and tears due to stress, trauma and illness.. its sits closest to you and is a quarter of an inch off your skin. It works to protect you !

It is important to maintain strong personal boundaries to prevent external energetic drain on your baseline physical vitality.! Saying NO when you mean it, removing yourself from abusive situations and environments that do not reflect the healthy lifestyle you desire is KEY. Your health is at stake.

Energy healing WILL improve your IMMUNITY when you work on the ETHERIC layer during sessions. Not getting sick at all or a lot less sounds fantastic doesn’t it?

The other part of the work is you taking steps in your reality daily to back up the work done in here.. setting boundaries and choosing yourself and self love ❤️

When a negative thought loops move your physical posture immediately. The chains holding you are loose, yet TRUE STRENGTH is taking the action to break free, not the actual breaking of the chain…that’s the easy part and visibly what was holding you back that was “false.” 👀 ohh oh oh! You thought the chain was unbreakable until you courageously got in there and looked,examined,observed instead of just freaking out and imagining worst case scenarios paralyzing you into avoidance.

People who reside in HELL will reach you to be hostile, attacking, rude and in fear mode. People who reside in heaven will be calm, Assertive, factual and peaceful, even in the face of conflict. One will never hear the other because they don’t exist in the same frequency. You can be kind and nice to someone who is tearing your head off for something that you aren’t even in control of. You are not in control of how someone’s emotions are manifesting in real time or their reactions/actions. They show you they don’t want peace,they want to feel like they “conquered” you…Where you look for problem-solving and solutions (heart-centered) they look for war and “battle-of-the egos.” In actuality, what they are showing you is that they want parenting from YOU (similar to their past, still mad at mom or dad subconsciously) but you aren’t their parent. THEY ARE. It’s a Refusal to self heal, parent self and grow up. The end.

If you have something to say you should release it in a session. My clients ear popped yesterday as intention to release it was stated out loud. We laughed then talked about bagels he gets for breakfast, they were on his mind. Hehe
