Many of you know our amazing studio manager Diane Jackson lives a double life as both a yoga teacher extraordinaire and a horse show mom. Sadly, yesterday her daughter’s horse show community lost a kind soul, who just happened to be an excellent farrier and gifted horse whisperer, in a tragic accident (non-horse-related). He leaves behind a large extended family, and the horse community - much like our yoga community - is wrapping their arms around them during this terrible time. We are beaming with excitement to share with all of you that our beautiful Cassie (aka Killer Cassie lol) welcomed her very own happy baby 2 weeks ago!!

Jackson Archer Bergstrom made his not so subtle first appearance on Tuesday, May 19th at 9:43pm, and everyone is thriving!! Congratulations Cassie & Jared, and welcome to the world Jackson Archer!!

Now…when are you coming back…??? 😉😂😘

The word trygg translates from Norwegian to English to mean safe, a state free from danger, fear, or anxiety. Our greatest wish is that EVERY person who walks into our studio feels exactly this way. This is why we celebrate PRIDE at Root to Rise Power Yoga. It’s not political. It’s not religious. It’s love. It’s YOGA.
