We would like to thank all of our community members and volunteers for another successful Project Connect.
A special thanks goes out to all the cosmetologists who stepped up at the last minute to help with haircuts. We could not have made this event as great as it was without each and every one of you.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are in need of hair stylists and barbers to help with the Project Connect/back to school events in Maple Rapids & St Johns. These events offer FREE haircuts to children to help start their school year off right. A fresh haircut can make a difference in a child's self-esteem. By donating a few hours of your time, you can help students walk into school feeling ready to succeed.

The dates of the events are Tuesday, August 11st from 5-7pm at the Maple Rapids Park Pavillion and Thursday, August 13th from 4-6pm at the Fairgrounds in St. Johns.

It was a great day yesterday at the Clinton County Community Agency Picnic!

We had the opportunity to present 3 Champion for Children awards which are given in recognition and appreciation for respected and dedicated service to the well-being of children and families in Clinton County and the commitment to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.

Thank you Cynthia Thelen, Ethan Hibbard, and Angelica Lanning for all that you do for the children and families in our community!
