Ohhhhh OMEGA!! Thank you soul tribe for lifting me up! thank you for filling my cup with SOMA and for bringing this great group of yoginis together.

We sweat, we danced, we bathed in the moonlight of our own awareness. We sweat, we prayed with the trees. We roared, we hummed, we hugged and we kissed. We sweat, we flowed with our breath. We sweat, we rested, we bonded.

To be in retreat is such a deep gift, to feel time slow down, to be held in community, to be fed and cared for.

I’m so grateful to be alive and to feel my rising strength.

TBT 2015 - Soma with

This was such a big moment for me - first time away from my 3 kiddos and first time with my root yoga teacher 💦💦💦💦💦💦💦it had been 10 years in the making since I discovered Shiva in 2005 when I became pregnant with my first babe. As a stay at home mama it took me a few years to save up for this adventure! It was a kind of rebirth for me - flowing back into the world after having been anchored into my mothering deep dive. Soma Prana Flow deeply nourished me then , and has continued to be a source of Ojas - revitalization - to this day for my personal practice and my students - we continue to feel the healing power of Soma.

Now in 2025 I’m proud to say I have two businesses (mind body counseling and the somatic arts center) - both deeply informed by my decades long path as a student, teacher and friend on the path to many in a healing journey. And with this gift comes the ABUNDANCE to go on retreat with at the this weekend for another SOMA deep dive!
