In person yoga classes are being held at both my home studio on Tuesday mornings and RecFit in StJ on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm.

Just arrived home from my two week trip to Central America’s Osa peninsula in Costa Rica. We had a full week of Mysore practice, pranayama and wonderful chanting with Christine Hoar of Montauk Ashtanga. Her expertise and guidance was truly inspiring. I even tried to surf and went on an amazing dolphin watching event on the Golfo Dulce led by ChangingTideTours.com. Many thanks to Michael and his crew at Osa Sombrero for all of your loving attention and amazing food! Mucho Gusto 👣🌺🌊🕉
