✨️It's been three years since the door first opened at the Tempest Yoga studio at Fort Miami Crossfit. And in about a month, that door will be closing for the last time.

But have no worries, the journey for Tempest Yoga is far from over! Effective June 8th, my new home base will be Aerie Commons! ✨️

**EFFECTIVE JUNE 8TH, 2026**

-Tuesday: 10:45am-11:45am & 6pm-7pm
-Thursday: 10:45am-11:45am & 6pm-7pm
-Saturday (1st & 3rd of the month): 10:45am-11:45am. Saturday schedule may change after summer.

The other days of the week you can find me out and about teaching classes at various locations in Southwest Michigan. 😊

REGISTRATION CHANGES (Also effective June 8th): Sign-ups for classes will be done on the Aerie Commons website instead of Wodify.

Parenting reality...the month of May every year feels like it's a marathon at a sprint pace. The games, concerts, appointments, and end of the school year fun all squeezed in.

In past years, I've tried to do it all--keeping the studio running at full speed while fulfilling mom duties. At month's end, I'm left feeling exhausted and filled with guilt because some days it's impossible to fully fulfill both roles of businessowner and mom.

I've decided to do things differently this year. For the month of May, I'm canceling all classes that conflict with any of my children's extracurriculars, events, or appointments.

In lieu of in-person classes these dates, I'm offering some freshly recorded video based classes. Access to these classes will not count against your class pack. All you need to do is message me, and I will send you the link.
