Taking care of others starts with taking care of ourselves.

Yesterday, our team took time to connect, recharge, and rejuvenate. Through movement, relaxation, meaningful conversations, and a break from our everyday routines, we were reminded how important it is to invest in the people behind our mission.

Because you can’t pour from an empty cup. Yesterday was about filling ours so we can continue pouring care, compassion, and excellence into the lives of those we serve.

At CDI, we care deeply about the individuals and families we support, and that same care extends to one another.
