Our Free Summer Music Series returns with a lineup of talented local performers and an opportunity to gather with friends, family, and neighbors throughout the season. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy an evening of great music in a welcoming outdoor setting.

☀️ Sunshine, smiles, and sweet dance moves! Today was an absolutely beautiful day, and our incredible skilled nursing residents made the absolute most of it!

We took our restorative exercise routine outside to enjoy the gorgeous weather, and the energy was pure joy. 🌻🎶

Restorative exercises are a vital part of healthy aging. These gentle, low-impact movements are specifically designed to:

• Improve mobility and ease joint stiffness.
• Enhance flexibility for easier daily reach.
• Boost balance to prevent falls and build safety.
• Protect joint health while building stability.

Of course, we couldn't resist adding a little extra magic to the session. We turned up the music, let the rhythm take over, and a few of our seniors even showed off their dance moves right under the sunshine! 💃🕺

Seeing everyone smile, laugh, and sway to the rhythm reminds us that staying active isn't just about physical fitness—it's about feeding the soul.

🐝 Who knew letters could be so exciting?

Our very first Independent Living Spelling Bee was an absolute buzz! We are so proud of our five amazing contenders: Anita, Rose, Jean, Luann, and Nancy. They all brought their A-game to the microphone today.

After a fierce and fun competition, here are our top three spelling champions:
🥇 1st Place: Jean (clinching the win with the word "tamale"!)
🥈 2nd Place: Luann
🥉 3rd Place: Anita
