We are so close to reaching our fundraising goal! It is not too late to be a part of this community wide movement. Because together, we are building something extraordinary. Together, we are creating a community where every survivor is seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. www.ywcasj.org/donate

The 2026 World Cup kicked off yesterday, June 11, a time of excitement and global connection. It’s also important to stay aware that large events can increase the risk of human trafficking.

At YWCA St. Joseph, we are committed to helping keep our community safe. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, trust your instincts. It’s always better to report than to wonder if you could have helped.

⚠️ Remember:
• Do NOT intervene or put yourself at risk
• Report concerns to local law enforcement or the National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-888-373-7888 or text BEFREE to 233733

Together, we can look out for one another and make a difference.

🌱 Feature Friday: YWCA St. Joseph 🌱

Just like a garden needs care, support, and encouragement to grow, strong communities are built when individuals and families have access to the resources they need to thrive.

That’s why we’re proud to spotlight YWCA St. Joseph this Feature Friday. Through domestic and sexual violence advocacy, education, resources, and support services, the YWCA helps empower individuals, support survivors, and strengthen our community.

We’re excited to welcome them to the Noyes Home Block Party and encourage you to stop by their booth to learn more about the important work they do and the resources available right here in St. Joseph.

Summer Camp is almost here and this year the children in our programs are heading Around the World, June 22 – June 26.

We're excited to give our kids a week filled with laughter, learning, crafts, games, food, music, and fun adventures as we "travel" to different countries without ever leaving St. Joe.

To help make this adventure take off, we are looking for: Volunteers (a couple of hours or the whole week!)
- Individually wrapped snacks
- Drinks with less sugar or zero sugar options
- Small toys, Candy, and sugar free candy for piñatas
- Craft Supplies: • Googly eyes • Pipe cleaners • Construction paper • Markers and colored pencils • Brown paper lunch bags • Paper cups

Thank you for always supporting the children and families we serve. If you'd like to donate or volunteer, please reach out or stop by the YWCA!
