We would like to inform you of an important change regarding Missouri Medicaid coverage. Effective July 1, 2026, Missouri Medicaid will no longer provide coverage for chiropractic services. This change applies to all Missouri Medicaid plans, including:
MO HealthNet
UnitedHealthcare Community Plan (Medicaid)
Home State Health (Medicaid)
Healthy Blue (Medicaid)
As a result of this change, the cost of your chiropractic visits will become your responsibility. Beginning July 1, 2026, your new copay/self-pay rate will be $40 per visit, unless you have another insurance plan as well.
We sincerely apologize for the short notice. We were only recently informed of this change and wanted to notify our patients as quickly as possible.
