We will begin in person classes for those fully vaccinated against Covid 19 on July 10th!! Monday 5:15-6:15pm Mindful strength Yoga (Emily)

Wednesday 6:00-6:20 Meditation (Matt)
Wednesday 6:30-7:45 Restorative Yoga (Matt)

T-shirts! It’s been way too long since we’ve had a Yoga Room T-shirt printed! And with our 25th year anniversary, we are celebrating this summer I’m going to have some printed! They will look very similar to this! And they will be $27! We will also do some tote bags! I’m not sure about the price of those yet but just leave a comment if you would like a tote made! The T-shirts I will let you know when are available, but they will be ready for pick up by the celebration the last week of July at the latest!

If you would like to do a pre-order and be guaranteed a T-shirt Venmo $27 to The Yoga Room (in comments)with the size that you would like! And leave an extra note if you would like a tote and I will let you know about that !

With the utmost gratitude to our community, we present our summer schedule and would like to announce the upcoming 25th anniversary of The Yoga Room!!!
To thank you for the support over all these years, we'll be offering a week of free classes and events at the end of July. More details to follow (and memories to share!) In the meantime we welcome you to our quiet sanctuary for this wonderful and sustaining practice.
