Let’s TALK immune system! 🤗
Our immune system is ran off of a lot of different glands and organs. Our thymus gland sits at the middle of our chest. It is the biggest part to our immune system. Without it, we cannot fight off bacteria, viruses, parasites, chemicals/heavy metals, cancers, fungi.
Our spleen plays a huge role as well, our spleen filters our blood. Without our blood being filtered it can cause us to become anemic, tired, and attract more parasites. If parasites are in our blood, then they’re eating our red and white blood cells. Our red and white blood cells are made in the bone marrow, on our shins. The bone marrow is huge to our blood cells being made and immune system. Without our immune system, we are much more easier to catch bad germs that can hurt us and keep us down.

How do I get my immune system up?
I always recommend our homemade Elderberry Syrup(taken daily or 2 tablespoons every 2 hours with a virus of some kind, sore throat, ear infection, pneumonia, flu…)
Vitamin C 1,000 mg (time released), or Zinc. These are major immune system boosters and wonderful for the body to work without being so exhausted.
