We are here for you 24 hours a day!! You can call for an appointment, send a portal message or talk to the in-house triage nurses. After hours we use the Children's Hospital Nurse triage line.
We have licensed nurses answering calls when the office is open or closed. You receive expert symptom assessment and targeted care instructions to determine if the child will need an immediate emergency room visit, urgent care, or can safely wait to schedule a regular appointment.
During the day, we try to reserve a few spots every day for the nurses to use for patients that cannot wait!
It reduces unnecessary, costly emergency room visits and provides the peace of mind that comes with speaking to a clinical expert at any time.
