I would like to address my 24-hour cancellation policy.
Recently, I have experienced a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and missed appointments. While I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client and cannot always be filled on short notice.
As a reminder, all clients review and agree to my 24-hour cancellation policy before scheduling services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to the cancellation fee outlined in that agreement.
This policy is not intended to be punitive. It exists to protect the time, income, and availability of my business and to ensure fairness for clients who may be waiting for appointments.
I respectfully ask that clients plan accordingly and provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to reschedule or cancel. By honoring your appointment commitment, you help me to continue providing the highest level of service to everyone.
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support of my business.

It says I have 3 messages, but I don't see any unread messages, and it's sending automated replies. So if you message me and don't hear back, please text me 814-335-2327.
