Gorlowski Pediatrics Dr. John M. Gorlowski, M.D. is Board Certified and Specializes in Pediatric Care. Marys, PA. My name is Dr. John Gorlowski, most just call me Doc or Jay.

I have been independently owned and operated for over 25 years in my hometown of St. I have been independently practicing medicine for almost 30 years in my hometown of St. It has been my pleasure to bring my love of medicine and care of children back to where I was born and raised. I am fortunate to have been awarded the following honors through my years of education at Washington & Lee Universit

y, Temple University School of Medicine, and Albert Einstein Medical Center: Gershenfield Fellow, Alpha Epsilon Delta, Omicron Delta Kappa, Omicron Delta Kappa Outstanding Sophomore, and Outstanding College Students of America. I take pride in my day to day operations insuring to provide your children with the best and friendliest bedside manner. Whether it be a simple well visit, treating an illness, or even a more complex diagnoses we are here for you. Although rurally located, I have maintained strong relationships with larger surrounding medical facilities for those times of need. As many of you may have already heard but many may still not know, it is with a heavy heart that we share the difficult news that Gorlowski Pediatrics will be officially closing its doors, effective June 19, 2025. ๐Ÿ’”

This decision comes with mixed emotions, as we have had the honor and privilege of serving you and your children throughout the years. Active patient notices have been delivered to the post office this morning and will be delivered throughout the next couple days.

June will mark 30 years that Dr. Gorlowski has proudly served his hometown community with compassionate pediatric care. Thirty years filled with laughs, memories, and amazing connections with each and every one of you and your families.

Your trust in us has meant the world, and we are deeply grateful for the relationships we've built over these years. We promise they will not be forgotten! ๐Ÿ’ž

We understand that this news may bring uncertainty, but please know that we are here to support you during this transition. If you have any questions or need assistance, please donโ€™t hesitate to contact us. Weโ€™re here for you every step of the way. We will be available for appointments until May 15, 2025. Please contact the office to schedule any necessary appointments or follow-ups before that date.

A signed written release will be needed to transfer your child's chart to a physician of your choice or to have it released to you directly. We strongly recommend that you find a new physician to take care of your medical needs after the practice closes. We are happy to provide a list of local physicians who may be able to assist based on your child's individual needs.
