✨ **Life Update from a Mom Who Apparently Runs a Taxi Service** ✨
I sat down the other day to plug all 3 girls' practice schedules into my calendar and immediately questioned every life choice I've ever made. 😳😂
After color-coding practices, competitions, extra practices, team events, and whatever else these kids have going on, I realized something...
A prayer I've been praying for years has finally been answered. ❤️🙏
When you start your own business, you go into it knowing there will be sacrifices. You know there will be long days, late nights, weekends spent working, and times when you wonder if all the hard work will ever pay off.
For years, my evenings have belonged to my business. And I wouldn't change that because those evening clients helped me build what I have today. ❤️
But as I looked at my schedule, I realized God has blessed my daytime schedule enough that I no longer need to work evenings.
And that honestly hit me right in the feels. 🥹
Not because I don't love my clients—I absolutely do—but because this is one of those milestones that reminds you how far you've come.
People tell us all the time, "You guys are crazy!" 🤪
And honestly... have you SEEN our calendar? 🤣🤣🤣 we are totally crazy along with the other dedicated parents/caregivers who show up for their kids! 😝
But these are my girls' years. Their memories. Their time to shine. ✨🏆📣
One day my backseat won't be filled with sports bags, snack wrappers, forgotten water bottles, and enough bobby pins to build a small house 😂
One day there won't be car ride conversations, practice recaps, random singing, hearing all the pre teen drama, or the famous:
👧 "Mom, watch this!"
👧 "Mom, did you see me?"
👧 "Mom, she's touching me!"
👧 "Mom, tell her to stop looking at me!"
And while some days feel like organized chaos, I know I'll miss every bit of it someday. ❤️
I remember praying for these days.
☀️ A full daytime work schedule.
❤️ A thriving business.
🚗 Evenings/weekends spent cheering on my girls instead of working.
😂 Family chaos.
🙏 Time together.
Well... God delivered.
Maybe a little TOO well because I'm pretty sure I spend half my life in the driver's seat now. 😅🤣 but I’m not even exaggerating a tiny bit- I really do love it. 🥰
And nothing grinds my gears more than parents who sign their kids up for things and then whine about all the running- like what did you expect? A tiny uber fairy to appear??🤦♀️🤔
So with that being said, **effective July 1st, my office hours will be 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.**
I will no longer be offering evening appointments moving forward after July 1st.
To my wonderful long-time evening clients—you are not forgotten! ❤️ I will still make sure we get you taken care of, and your appointments will still happen- we will figure it out at your next appointment 🙂
Thank you to every client who trusted me, referred me, supported my small business, and helped me get to this point. You didn't just help me build a business—you helped me build a life where I can be present for the people who matter most.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to figure out which kid needs to be where, at what time, wearing which shirt, and whether dinner is homemade or comes with a drive-thru window. 🍟🚗😂
These are the days I prayed for. ❤️
**Thank You, Lord, for a business that grew, kids who keep me busy, and a life full of beautiful chaos and a husband who is right beside me enjoying this wild ride🙏❤️**
