🌿 Meet Ondrea Bryans, LMFT! 🌿

Ondrea is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and betrayal trauma.

Using evidence-based, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, Ondrea creates a warm, supportive space where clients can heal, build resilience, and strengthen relationships. For those who desire it, she also thoughtfully incorporates spirituality into the counseling process to foster deeper healing and personal growth.

Ondrea is passionate about helping people move forward with greater clarity, hope, and meaningful connection. We're excited to have her as part of our team!
