🚨 Massage therapists: If you’re marketing your practice on social media but ignoring Facebook groups, you’re missing a HUGE opportunity.

I’ve made tens of thousands of dollars and gained hundreds of clients and customers from posting in Facebook groups. When you’re in the right location, they can be one of your BEST marketing tools.

Here’s how to use them strategically:

📍 Find LOCAL groups. Look for communities within the radius you want to pull clients from.

👀 Look for real conversations. Skip the business networking groups where everyone is promoting themselves. Find groups where local people ask questions, share recommendations, and interact.

📆 Show up consistently. Aim for 2–3 times a week. People need to see you, get familiar with you, and build trust before they book.

One important thing: this strategy is location-dependent. Facebook groups aren’t equally effective everywhere, but if you’re in an area where people actively use them, they can be incredibly effective.

You don’t need to be everywhere. You need to be strategic about where your potential clients are already spending time.

✨ lessons:

I’m not going to write 34 lessons I’ve learned being 34 years old. I don’t have a long list of lessons to share. What I have is a sense of self that I’ve never felt before, and I want to share that with you.

34 doesn’t feel groundbreaking different. It’s not a necessary milestone as far as age goes. But 34 feels grounding in a way that no one age has.

Idk, can you relate? And I’d love to hear a lesson you’ve learned that feels worth sharing.

Honestly, couldn’t not share this PSA because 😵‍💫 your girl is tired of this. 😅

Dating in my 30s was def not as fun as dating in my 20s. It honestly feels like the more independent and self sufficient I become, the less quality guys there are.

Sorry boys, I’m not looking to take care of you.
I’m looking for my equal.

Maybe one day I’ll meet someone out in the wild,
but it’s not today. 😂

It feels good to ask for help, and elevate some marketing material for my local practice.

If I’m being honest , I have been using the same picture for my local marketing for the past 3 years. 😬 but on the flip side, it’s literally helped me build a six-figure practice.

Now that I’m showing up here on social media, and building my other businesses, it was time to hire out some help. That’s why I am working with Rooted Productions.
