Dr. RJ Frascone, a legend in MN EMS joined the Region’s EMS and St. Paul Fire teams at the MN State Fair today. Over his 42 years as an ED and EMS physician at Regions, Dr. Frascone was foundational in establishing MN as a leader in prehospital care.
