This week we celebrate the amazing CNAs who make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day.

What a wonderful Nursing Home Week at Brookefield Park!

We were blessed with an incredible week filled with laughter, music, friendship, and community. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it so special!

Helgoth’s Coffee kept us energized with delicious drinks.

Darlene Dream Designs shared beautiful jewelry and brought a fun shopping experience for residents, families, and staff.

Boutique 29 Eleven brought a wonderful shopping experience for families, and staff

We enjoyed wonderful music and entertainment throughout the week.

The 5th and 6th grade singers filled our halls with music and smiles.

Family members, friends, staff, residents, and community supporters helped make every day memorable.

A very special thank you to Sign Dreamers for creating the gorgeous “We Love Brookefield” sign that welcomed everyone and added an extra touch of joy to our celebration.

Nursing Home Week is all about celebrating our amazing residents, and this week was filled with love, laughter, connections, and special memories. Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a success. We are so grateful for this wonderful community

The connections made between generations are truly special, and we are grateful for every smile, story, and memory shared.

The award determination is based on the highest percentage of World Class expectations achieved (minimum of 60%) for their category. Congratulations! 🏆🎉
