Just About You Home Healthcare LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional (QP/Q) to support our CFSS services in compliance with Minnesota DHS requirements.
Qualified candidates include:
Registered Nurse (RN) (preferred)
Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LGSW, LICSW)
Mental Health Professional
Human Services Professional (meeting DHS qualifications)
Role Responsibilities:
Review and approve service delivery plans
Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance
Support service planning as needed
Position Details:
PRN / as-needed basis
Flexible scheduling
Minimal hours required
Ideal for supplemental/side income
