Your body after baby isn’t a problem to fix. It’s a body worth getting to know.
It carried a pregnancy. It went through labor, or surgery, or both. It’s been feeding, lifting, holding, and recovering on very little sleep. That body has done extraordinary things. And now it feels different than it used to.
That difference isn’t a failure. It’s information. The way your core works, the way your pelvic floor responds, the way your body handles effort and stress and movement: all of that may have changed. And the best starting point isn’t pushing harder. It’s paying attention.
Notice how you breathe when you pick up your child. Notice whether you feel pressure when you stand for a long time. Notice what feels strong and what feels uncertain. That noticing is the beginning.
Save this for when you need the reminder.
