✨ Meet Madi! ✨

We’re excited to officially welcome Madi to our outpatient team! Madi has been a valued part of the Hoffmann community, previously serving as a Youth Counselor and as a Clinical Intern/Therapist with Evergreen. Throughout her time here, she has consistently shown compassion, dedication, and a genuine passion for supporting the individuals and families we serve.

Her experience across multiple roles brings a well-rounded perspective to her work, and we are thrilled to see her continue growing within our organization in this new position.

Mental health is a vital part of overall well-being—but it’s often the part men are taught to ignore.

Many men grow up hearing messages like “be strong,” “don’t show emotion,” or “handle it on your own.” Over time, this can make it harder to talk about stress, anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed. The truth is: your mental health matters just as much as your physical health—and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You don’t have to carry everything alone. Support, connection, and honest conversations can make a powerful difference.

At Hoffmann Center, we’re here to provide a space where men can show up authentically, be heard without judgment, and take meaningful steps toward better mental health.

Let’s break the stigma and prioritize well-being—this month and every month.

This month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and beauty of the LGBTQ+ community. Pride is not only about visibility and equality—it’s also about honoring mental health and the importance of feeling safe, seen, and supported for who you truly are.

We recognize that LGBTQ+ individuals often face unique challenges that can impact mental well-being, including stigma, discrimination, and isolation. You are not alone, and your experiences matter. Healing begins with connection, compassion, and understanding.

At Hoffmann Center, we are committed to creating a space where everyone can show up authentically and receive the care they deserve. Your identity is valid. Your story matters. Your mental health matters.

Let’s continue to uplift one another, advocate for acceptance, and prioritize well-being—this month and every month.

As part of Hoffmann’s commitment to St. Peter, we proudly adopt both a highway and Jefferson Park West, cleaning them up twice a year. This past week, our team scoured the park for trash and made a big difference.

The result is a cleaner, more beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and helped keep our community looking its best. We appreciate your teamwork and dedication.

A special shout-out to for providing gloves and bags to support this effort—we appreciate your partnership and help in making this possible.

Today we recognize the dedicated individuals who show up just as the rest of the world is heading to bed. Third shift workers keep everything moving while most of us are resting—quietly powering the work that makes the next day possible.

They miss out on the daytime hustle and bustle that so many of us take for granted, choosing instead to align their lives with a different rhythm so others can continue theirs without interruption.

Your commitment, resilience, and often unseen contributions do not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do—night after night.
