SIX YEARS OF SOUL 🥹🧡🎉

When I opened Soul Nutrition, I hoped to create a place where people felt welcomed, encouraged, and loved. Looking at the Soul family we have today makes me so incredibly grateful.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, brought a friend, shared a post, or cheered me on—thank you. You’ve supported my dream, my family, and a place that means so much to me.

My favorite part of these six years has been YOU. The conversations, friendships, laughs, and everyday moments we’ve gotten to share. Getting to be a small part of your day means more than you know. 🫶

Owning a small business comes with so many highs and challenges, and I’m thankful for the people who keep showing up and growing with us.

Happy 6th birthday, Soul! Here’s to more memories, more growth, and more years with this Soul family. I love you all! 🌈🥤
