Sometimes, supporting someone through infertility starts with knowing what not to say. Comments like “just relax” or “everything happens for a reason” may be well-intended, but they can unintentionally minimize what someone is going through.

You don’t need to have the perfect words or know how to fix it. Sometimes, the most meaningful support is simply listening, respecting what they choose to share, and giving them space to express what they need.
