Immediately when this mind becomes conscious (wake-up),
I recognize the gift this body has given me.

When this mind goes unconscious (sleep), this body makes new cells that replace the older damaged cells without the commands of the mind.

These instructions already exist inside this body and doesn't require the mind to keep the mind-body animal functioning.

This mind chooses to listen to the history and instructions from this body to heal the damage this mind has done to this baby.

This mind-body animal is healing and growing.

Start your day as a Happy Baby.
