🌕 Full Moon Beach Yoga is a monthly gathering at BlissFit Yoga 🌊✨

Each month, we come together on the beach to move, breathe, connect, and honor the energy of the full moon through yoga, meditation, community, and a ceremonial cacao experience.

Last night’s Full Moon Yoga + Cacao Ceremony was truly magical. The beautiful ocean breeze kept us cool while reminding us that transformation often comes when we allow ourselves to release, soften, and create space for something new.

What is cacao? Rich in minerals and naturally occurring compounds like flavanols, cacao supports circulation, mood, focus, and a sense of connection by encouraging the body’s natural feel-good chemistry. It is known to open the heart!

What a beautiful Tuesday evening. 🌊✨ Blissful Vibes at Upham Beach ✨

Tonight’s Blissful Vibes Yoga & Sound Bath was everything we hoped it would be! A cool ocean breeze, the soothing rhythm of the waves, and an incredible group of humans who chose to slow down, breathe deeply, and bliss all the way out by the sea.

On the eve of the Full Moon, we took time to release what no longer serves us, creating space for the clarity, light, and new perspective this lunar cycle invites.

Thank you to Star's Healing Energy for the beautiful sound bath and to everyone who shared this special evening with us. Your presence made the experience truly magical. 💙
