One more day.

Burnout rarely happens all at once.

It builds quietly through constant pressure, impossible expectations, and the belief that if you just work a little harder, everything will finally feel okay.

Over time, your nervous system adapts to surviving instead of living.

Tomorrow, a new episode of Pulling Threads goes live. Jessica Latif and I explore burnout, workplace culture, and what happens when you begin questioning the systems you've spent your life trying to fit into.

If you've ever wondered why success still left you feeling exhausted, I hope you'll join us tomorrow. đź’›

Consider this your official welcome.

I'm Leslie. Therapist, former attorney, and relationship specialist who works with women navigating some of the hardest relational questions they'll ever sit with.

This page is for the woman who's done settling for relationships that look fine on the outside but feel exhausting to live inside of.

We talk about emotional safety. Secure attachment. Nervous system regulation. The difference between discomfort and danger. When to repair and when to finally let go.

Not because relationships are supposed to be perfect. But because too many women have been taught that hard means normal, that chemistry is enough, that loving someone is a reason to stay past the point where staying makes sense.

Some relationships can heal. Some need to be released. And knowing the difference isn't something that just comes to you. It's something you learn.

That's the work here.

If this is your first time on my page, tell me what brought you here.

And if you've been around for a while, what's the one thing you've learned here that actually changed something for you?

Have you ever looked around at your life and thought, "Why does this feel so hard when I'm doing everything I'm supposed...

Have you ever looked around at your life and thought, "Why does this feel so hard when I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do?"

So many of us assume we're the problem when we're exhausted, disconnected, or questioning everything.

Sometimes it isn't about trying harder.

Sometimes it's about recognizing that the environment you've been surviving in was never designed to help you thrive.

This Tuesday, a new episode of Pulling Threads goes live, and we're talking about burnout, workplace culture, identity, and why your nervous system responds the way it does when you've been pushing through for too long.

I can't wait to share this conversation with you. đź’›

And that second question is the harder one.

Because staying or leaving is a decision. But trusting yourself enough to make it, that's something you have to rebuild first.

A lot of women come to this place after years of second-guessing. Of being told they're too sensitive, too much, too reactive. Of overriding what they felt because someone convinced them they were reading it wrong.

And after long enough, you stop trusting your own read on things.

So the confusion isn't weakness. It's what happens when your inner compass has been quietly talked out of its own accuracy for a long time.

Getting clear isn't about making the decision faster. It's about being able to hear yourself again without all the noise in the way.

That's the work. And it's exactly what private coaching is for.

Comment LOOMLIFE and I'll send you the link.

Save this for the moments the doubt gets loud. Share it with someone who's been struggling to trust what she knows.

When's the last time you made a decision and actually felt sure about it?

You can’t dream your way out of survival mode. And nobody tells you that — they just hand you a vision board and let you feel like you failed at it.

A brain in survival builds defenses, not futures. That’s your nervous system doing exactly what it’s designed to do.

So we build the muscle back slowly. 60 seconds. One ordinary morning. One detail.

And your dream doesn’t have to be big to count. A kitchen where nobody’s walking on eggshells is not a small dream — it’s the whole thing.

One of the most powerful things Cammy De said in this week's episode was this:

"The clarity came when I walked out the door."

I hear this from so many women.

While you're living inside the situation, you're often doing everything you can just to get through the day. Your nervous system is focused on survival, not perspective.

Then something shifts.

A little distance creates space to breathe. To think. To notice things you couldn't see before.

That doesn't mean leaving is easy. In fact, it can be one of the hardest decisions you'll ever make.

What it does mean is that clarity often arrives after you've stepped away, not before.

If you're waiting to have every answer before making your next move, I hope this conversation reminds you that sometimes clarity comes from taking the first step. đź’›
