Occipital lift is a reset for the whole system 🧠✨

That’s the question every mother who waits until 36 weeks to come see me asks…

Especially when they find out their baby is breech. 🤍

If you have been thinking about it… the earlier the better.

There is a moment in this training, usually somewhere around day nine or ten, where something in a person just breaks open.

Not breaks down. Breaks open.

It happens quietly, usually. Maybe during a partner adjustment, when someone's hands are on your back and you realize no one has touched you with that much care in years. Maybe during a teaching practicum, when you hear your own voice say something true you didn't know you believed until it left your mouth. Maybe in the stillness after savasana, when the room goes quiet and you finally stop performing okay-ness and let yourself just... be.

We can't teach that moment. We can only build the container sacred enough to hold it when it comes.

This training was never really about becoming a yoga teacher. It's about becoming someone who can sit with another person's pain without flinching, someone who has finally forgiven their own body, someone who remembers, really remembers, that they were whole before the world ever told them they needed fixing.

I wish I had better words for what happens in that room. I don't. I've watched it happen to hundreds of people and I still don't have language big enough for it.
Maybe you already know what I mean. Maybe something in you has been quietly asking for this for a long time.

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is down to the final two spaces.

Come remember who you are.

Blessed to be part of this amazing teaching space 🙏

Por qué soy Quiropráctica.

Porque comencé a ver a mi mamá sanar.
Porque todavía veo a mi mamá trabajar por su salud.

Es un camino no un destino.

Cuánto estás dispuesto a trabajar por tu salud?

39 weeks 🤍

I’m not here to get your baby out.

I’m here to help your body feel more comfortable, balanced, and supported 🤲 so your baby has the best environment to come when they’re ready.

Birth isn’t something we force.
It’s something we prepare for ✨

A mobile pelvis and a connected breath may be two of the most valuable tools you bring into birth 🤍

P***c bone pain tends to become more common as you get closer to your due date.

Your body is adapting to a growing baby, changing loads, softer ligaments, and a pelvis preparing for birth.

While some discomfort can be expected, supporting the way your pelvis moves and adapts can help create more comfort and ease during these final weeks 🤍

And don’t forget one of the most powerful tools you’ll bring into birth:

Your breath 😮‍💨

Breath helps create space, reduce unnecessary tension, and support your body’s ability to adapt through each stage of labor.
