Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role requires the ability to assess patient needs, apply appropriate therapeutic techniques, and create a relaxing environment that promotes healing and wellness.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their specific conditions and treatment goals.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to develop effective treatment plans that address pain management and overall wellness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their experience.
Stay updated on medical terminology and practices relevant to the med spa environment to enhance service delivery.
Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately for ongoing assessment and improvement.
Requirements

Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to massage therapy.
Experience in pain management techniques and patient service excellence.
Ability to perform various massage modalities including but not limited to deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Previous experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of massage therapy.
