We have a new teach: Emily — Emily 🌱

Emily has been hitting the mat for over a decade, but got serious in the last 5 - culminating in graduating this summer from HVL YTT (ＪＥＳＳ) at the Body Electric - and will now be teaching with SolSeed

*This weekend she will be teaching a vinyasa flow with a little heat 🫰🔥 She is committed to creating intentional, playful spaces - for anyone interested in the mind body soul connection.

She’s currently planting seeds for more opportunities to teach

A SO ST. PETE MORNING!!!!!

what a special way to start the day! many SolSeed Yoga frequent flyers & new friends from Hi from St. Pete moved together in a grounding flow.

we stretched our shoulders, tested our balance, and practiced return to breath, all before 9 am! 🤭

EEP she’s baaaaaack!

Mia | Florida Bookstagrammer & Yogi will lead us threw a grounding mid-summer flow, where we will focus on stretching the shoulders and upper body muscles (because let’s be real, we spend wayyyy too much time looking down!)
