Hi Peace House People!

Good news. The St Peace House has a new home in DTSP! Rooms avail in Sept/Oct.

The St Peace House is community oriented housing for like minded individuals with shared values.

The previous St Peace House / Phoenix House in the Old Southeast was targeted by the City of St Petersburg and fined out of existence.

Although the City speaks about supporting affordable housing, in practice they make it really difficult…I mean, like, whatever the city is doing to keep rent affordable in St Pete it is not working =-)

The good news is that we found a location on Central Ave where the zoning code allows for a variety of uses.

The most eco-friendly style of housing is adaptive reuse. In other words, recycling existing buildings to meet the needs of the community.

This particular property (approx 4,000 sq ft) is currently undergoing a renovation and will be ready for new community residents in late September or October. It is along the SunRunner route, within biking/scooter distance to most cool things in DTSP.

Unlike a traditional housing co-op, the St Peace House will be professionally managed to provide a high quality resident experience.

This is a post to inform you of some major 🔥 JUICY ACTION 🔥that has taken place within this Sacred Space.


This space has been transforming since the beginning of this year. A complete death of the old and a birthing of the new.


We are sooo excited to welcome you all to come share and co-create in community here with us in the spirit of rebirth.✨🙌✨


This has been an initiation of sorts for all the beautiful souls that have put their heart and mind energy into the Peace House since it's conception all the way through to its current incarnation.


The central theme of all initiations cross culturally, involves palingenesis—a death and rebirth. To show this rebirth, an initiate will take a new name...

This space has been a place of transformation for all who have come to live, work, rest, and play here over the last 5+ years. During transformative experiences, Peace is often fleeting, as so many things shift, and old things fall away so new things can emerge. There is a lot of growth and it can be messy. But we learn. We gain wisdom. And we become a more fully developed version of ourselves in the process.


In honor of all that has come before, the ashes of the old, this community is rising up in a brand new way..

A little about the Phoenix House:


The Phoenix house is a transformational community for nurturing the divine feminine energy in us ALL.


As energetic beings, our task is to balance our "masculine" and "feminine" energies in order to heal and thrive in wholeness. This space will focus on the gateway of healing through the feminine portal. 🌹



Pot lucks, open mic, ecstatic dance, spoken word, arts and crafts, workshops and classes, book clubs, breathwork, yoga, lectures, film viewings, goddess gatherings/women’s circles, full moon ceremonies, garden days, beach/neighborhood clean-ups, fundraisers, markets, etc. are all being called in and will be hosted here.


It’s a place to learn and connect, and to find support and nurturing for what you’re creating in the world.


It’s a place where people empower one another to shine , heal, get real and get on with the work and play of their mission on earth.


Through sharing our gifts, experience, and wisdom and through the power of radical authenticity in networking with one another, anything is possible. 🙏🙌 🔥🌹
