Centered for Life

Centered for Life Helping individuals become balanced emotionally, mentally, physically, relationally and spiritually so they can be better influencers in their world.

Steve and Debby Temmer have been married since 1983 and have more than 80 years of combined ministry experience. They founded Centered for Life, a non-profit ministry, in November 2010 as they saw an increased need for intentional soul care in the context of spiritual direction. They enjoy investing in people and helping them find freedom in their life. They do this through individual and couples

sessions, groups, retreats, workshops, and weekend intensives that allow more opportunities for God to transform lives. They have one daughter, Kailey, who has joined the CFL team as a child therapist.

Take advantage of this amazing offer & harness your brain’s ability to heal and change through neuroplasticity!

Each brain is unique, and recent research has taught us that not everyone with the same diagnosis has the same brain activity. We use QEEG brain mapping to investigate what may underlie your symptoms and tailor treatments to your specific needs. The goal of neurotherapy is not just to change how you feel and think, but also how your brain functions on a biological level.

Neurotherapy has been used to help alleviate symptoms in clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, OCD, concussions, migraines, brain fog, memory issues, developmental delays, trouble sleeping, mitochondrial disorder, addictions, and even helps with sports performance.

If you have done BOUNDARIES group at Centered for Life, let’s reflect for a minute on this… Serenity Prayer Rewritten:

“God, grant me the serenity
To accept the people I cannot change,
Courage to change the person that I can,
And the wisdom to know
that
person
is
me.”
