Diffuser myth busters:

MYTH: Diffusing around pets is toxic.
TRUTH: Diffusing around pets is an excellent way to benefit them on a regular basis. It is best to use a water-based diffuser (such as the Lumo® Diffuser) on an intermittent setting. Allow your pet the option to exit the room by leaving the door open, and only use three to four drops of oil at a time in the diffuser.

MYTH: It is not safe to diffuse around young children.
TRUTH: When used appropriately, the diffusion of essential oils can be enjoyed by the entire family. Using a diffuser in the home is very safe; however, if you are concerned, start with the lowest setting on your diffuser and adjust according to your comfort level.

MYTH: You cannot diffuse essential oils that contain coconut oil.
TRUTH: Our essential oil blends have been specifically tested and found not to damage doTERRA® diffusers. As long as you properly maintain and regularly clean your diffuser, we would not anticipate any issues diffusing doTERRA oil blends that contain coconut oil.

My family is the most important thing I have.

Coffee lovers… this one is for you. This iced vanilla latte is creamy, refreshing, and perfect for warm summer mornings or afternoon pick-me-ups.

What You’ll Need:
• Fresh organic coffee
• Milk of choice
• Madagascar Vanilla essential oil
• Natural sweetener of choice
• Ice cubes

How To Make:
Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the coffee, then mix your milk with a few drops of Madagascar Vanilla essential oil and pour it over the top.

Sweet, creamy, and tastes like summer coffee shop vibes at home.

There was a time when I could not live without those big-brand disinfecting wipes. Every spill. Every sticky counter. Grab a wipe.

Then I looked at the ingredient list.
If you still love the convenience but don’t love what’s in them, this is a solid swap.

You’ll need:
1 roll premium paper towels
2 cups warm water
2 tbsp Fractionated Coconut Oil
5 drops On Guard
1–2 tbsp On Guard Foaming Hand Wash

Slice the paper towel roll in half using a serrated knife. Place one half into an airtight container.
In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, FCO, On Guard, and the foaming hand wash. Pour the liquid evenly over the paper towels. Cover and let it soak for about 10 minutes, then flip the container and let it sit another 10 minutes so everything distributes evenly.

Once fully saturated, pull out the cardboard tube from the center. The wipes will dispense from the middle.
They’re convenient, they smell amazing, and you know exactly what’s in them.

Grill season will be back before you know it.

Before you throw burgers or veggies on there, take a look at those grates. Months of buildup, grease, and who-knows-what from last year are usually still hanging around.
Instead of reaching for a heavy chemical cleaner, here’s an easy swap that actually works.

Mix:
¼ cup baking soda
2 tbsp castile soap
5 drops Lemon essential oil

Then slowly add distilled white vinegar until the texture is thick but spreadable, similar to olive oil.
Brush it onto the metal grates and let it sit for about 15–20 minutes. After that, scrub it down with a grill brush and rinse with water.

The baking soda helps lift grime, the soap cuts grease, and lemon oil supports breaking down residue while leaving everything smelling fresh.
